In partnerships with the City of Osceola, SWCC, CCDC, local contractors and more, Students at Clarke Community School are participating in a renewed Building Trades program. With projects on campus as well an exciting new home just off Osceola’s historic square, the students are gaining real-life experience.

Since the water conservation ordinance was increased in October to Section 3 – Water Emergency, the Osceola Water Works team has been working with customers from their largest water users to residential customers to help conserve. In just two months, the results have been quite impressive.

Clarke County Hospital, along with the City of Osceola and others have embarked on the 2024 Clarke County Health Needs Assessment. Similar to county assessments conducted in 2019 and 2015 this effort provides is a systematic, data-driven approach to determining the health status, behaviors and needs of all of the residents we serve.
