School is out, the weather is warming up, and it’s time to get out and enjoy the summer. What better way to spend fun quality time with your family and friends then to join them at the Fern Underwood Family Aquatic Center on Mondays?
Started back in 2014, the Free Swim Program gives every child the opportunity to swim at the Fern Underwood Family Aquatic Center regardless of their financial circumstances. It has been wildly popular through the years and has been a terrific benefit for the families of Osceola. This will be the program’s first year without Fern, but her legacy lives on.
Every Monday from 5:30pm to Close
DATES: June 17th through August 5th
*Swimmers are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis and the gates will close once the aquatic center reaches capacity. Make sure you get there early!
The Clarke County Development Corporation helped Fern kick off this amazing tradition, but it now runs on sponsorships through the generosity of local businesses and the community. Each year offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Osceola families.
