2024 Clarke County Health Needs Assessment Survey Launches

Clarke County Hospital, along with the City of Osceola and others have embarked on the 2024 Clarke County Health Needs Assessment. Similar to county assessments conducted in 2019 and 2015 this effort provides is a systematic, data-driven approach to determining the health status, behaviors and needs of all of the residents we serve.

CCDC Grant Helps Increase Mental Health and Community Wellness Services

The CCDC recently provided a $3,320 discretionary grant to Crossroads Behavioral Health to help obtain CARF accreditation. Efforts like this help the organization fund much needed mental health programs for the community and provide services like substance abuse counseling and support as well as family counseling and more.
