clarke county development corproationWith the recent news of the Clarke County Development Corporation’s Executive Director position opening, the CCDC board has been in full swing to find a replacement for Bill Trickey, who’d been at the Development Corporation for 18-years. The committee has created a comprehensive job description as well as offered an online application process for candidates who wish to apply.

“The CCDC Executive Director position is unique in that it’s more than business development or board governance,” said CCDC board member, Amy Lampe. “As the Qualified Sponsoring Organization for Osceola’s Lakeside Casino, this position also assures compliance to Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission regulations.”

The Executive Director position has been posted through local channels including ClarkeCountyLife.com and the Osceola Sentinel through press releases. The job description and application are also available through the Professional Developers of Iowa website, https://www.pdiowa.com/

Applications will be taken through Friday, March 8th, 2024, and reviewed by the committee over the following weeks. Approved candidates will then be notified of interview openings and the next round of evaluations.
