Miller Products Company is a precision machine shop that utilizes CNC Lathes, CNC Mills and screw machines to supply the agricultural, construction, outdoor power products, military, marine, oil and gas industries. Their footprint is wide, spreading coast to coast with additional international interests. Their stock product catalog compliments custom order capabilities giving the company a diverse and stable work flow.
As Manufacturing Director, you’ll lead a team of 30 skilled machinists and be responsible for product quality, production, workflow, and profitability. More-so you’ll be responsible for cultivating a team culture focused on getting the job done accurately and on time for Miller and their customers. Finally, you’ll also be expected to represent Miller Products Company on and off the job site through professionalism, community and our “Leadership-through-teamwork” approach.
