CCDC significantly increased their annual contribution to the 4th of July Committee this year. The Committee, in their annual request to the CCDC, asked for an increase. Over all giving in the past years has slightly declined and the cost of entertainment has slowly increased. The CCDC contribution will help insure a quality celebration. The Committee thanks CCDC for their valued support of the celebration.
The 4th of July Committee is kicking off their fundraising efforts with a good ol’ fish fry! Saturday April 30th 6pm at the Osceola Eagles Club. This is a free will offering. We will be serving Iowa caught fish, Fries, coleslaw, cookies, and drink. Free Music entertainment by Rick Burke. We will be doing the 50%/50% raffle during this event (need not be present to win).
