After their initial discovery phase, the City of Osceola is embarking on the next stage in their comprehensive planning strategy. City leadership, business owners, and stakeholders across Osceola plan to come together in a public visioning session where they’ll review initial input and look to gather more suggestions from the community to help guide the 2045 comprehensive plan.
